SWAT After Action Report for 10th April 2011


Great weather for a bit of O.D.I.D. - to those that don't have a clue what that is well it's....I'll tell you at the bottom of the page!

The weather as mentioned was totally glorious, the sun always shines of the righteous! AND we had good numbers turn up and many of us were to experience HANGER 18 for the 1st time! A new building being played - great news. I think this was the first time it had been skirmished by the public (only play testing and 'private' events previously) so it was unknown territory which helps keep a venue fresh and challenging.

Both sides took turns at attack & defend style games around the sites former ornamental gardens, all totally overgrown and ideal for ambushes and wide arcs of free fire! Some surprises from concealed positions for many of us not familiar with the grounds all leading into HANGER 18.

Now HANGER 18, it's DARK so you'll need a torch, really you WILL! In parts you can't even see your hand in front of your face - come on down and see for yourself.
