A-TACS Camo Rigs
from UW Gear

With over 25 years of experience making and using tactical gear, including military service, parachute rigging, and working full time in the tactical gear industry. From ALICE to Molle, The UW Gear team has seen it, used it, made it or fought in it. Now, they are introducing a wide variety of their gear in both A-TACS AU and A-TACS FG Camo . Gear options are now available for both AR and AK platforms in a variety of NATO configurations.

THE AR or AK MINUTEMAN

The UW Gear Minuteman II comes in several options, 5.56 NATO for the AR platform, and AK options in 5.45mm as well as 7.62mm. The chest rig is designed to give rifleman the optimum platform for carrying 3 x 30-rd mags, plus additional gear as required. These mag pouches have been extensively T and E’d and tailored specifically to snuggly fit the curvature of the magazine on both AR and AK platforms. Both styles also feature the Fas Tab closure system for easy one-handed access to your mags. These rigs also feature Molle webbing on the sides for adding additional gear or pouches and a dump pouch on the back for reloading with retention, which can also be used simply as an admin pouch. The shoulder harness was designed to comfortably carry the load, and is designed to be worn either with or without an armor carrier. The rig is fully adjustable to fit most sizes, and either high or low carry styles. It is also designed to accommodate a hydro bladder pouch or small assault pack on the back, which nicely balances the load.

THE AR or AK BANDOLEER

Like the Minuteman RIG, The UW Gear Bandoleer rig also comes in several options, 5.56 NATO for the AR platform, and AK options in 5.45mm as well as 7.62mm. It also features curved and tailored magazine pouch closures with easy on-handed access through our Fas Tab system. Straps are easily adjustable and the low profile design make it easy to wear with or without armor. Available in both A-TACS AU and A-TACS FG Camo options.
