Swap & Shoot LIVE 2!

A very cold December day greeted visitors to the 2nd North West Airsoft Community Swap N Sell event, but this didn’t put off the intrepid sellers, swappers and buyers from attending.
Great to see a number of Airsoft Retailers in attendance such at Evac Airsoft ran by Nicola & Sharkbite of Legion Fame from Facebook, along with a relative new comer to the North West airsoft scene Paul from The Airsoft Shack based out Buckley way (Nr Chester) and of course friend of the Blog, Iain from Milspec Solutions, all showing their wares which were as diverse as T-shirts and novelty items to your more normal AEG’s, pistols and BB’s of course.
Milspec even had the brilliant NEW KWA LM4 PTS Magpul Edition Gas Blow Back Rifle on show which is probably the 1st time it’s been seen in this country in the flesh so to speak, as well as a few Custom Airsoft pieces courtesy of Raptor Airsoft, who was also on hand to offer help and advice to players.

DAS, Denbigh Army Surplus where also in attendance with a good selection of those surplus items which airsofters always love to peruse and I must say thanks to Rich for the Paracord, which always comes in handy.
NWACSS is all about the community of airsofters coming together and providing opportunities for players to buy, sell and swap their gear with other players in a safe and harmonious way (and have fun doing it) and plenty of players took up the opportunity to do just that, FREE of Charge of course! All you have to do is turn up with a table or ground sheet or 2 and layout your gear and sell! Of course NWACSS likes to support charities and prizes donated by the retailers and event providers in attendance where raffled off in aid of Help 4 Heroes, which is close to most airsofters hearts.
See you all at the next event in April 2013 – venue TBC!

As stated, it was a cold day indeed, but there were bargains galore to be had. I just wish I'd taken a lot more money!!
Considering the weather, there was an excellent turnout and a fair old few private sellers who were flogging some really good kit.
Great too to see so many retailers at the event. All credit to Nutz for the venue, and the guys at NWACCS for a good day.
