Airsoft Odyssey's Look back at 2010
Yet another great year for SWAT Urban .

The closure of the former Army Camp at Saighton near Chester shocked all the SWAT regulars, but all was soon well and the excitment mounted as news of the new site started to filter through. And what a great site the former Corus building now known as SWAT AREA51 is proving to be. The site is bringing new levels of CQB to life on Deeside.

Check out Exclusive Area51 pictures and news
here

The other big event of 2010 was the visit to the 2nd Airsoft Arms Fair - a great event, see the FULL report
here and of course get a flavour of what you missed via the Youtube video here on Airsoft Odyssey's very own channel!

The blog managed an exclusive early look at the Magpul PTS Masada, including some very exclusive pictures and video's, checkout the review kindly submitted by Scuffer
here and his 'Update' news . We still managed to break the news on the UK Spec Masada to the Airsoft World.

Reviews for 2010 included:
BitterEnd Goggles review
SWAT Urban @ Saighton Camp
Magpul PTS Masada
Visit to the home of Delta Team3
Helikon Camogrom Utility/EOD bag and Soft Shell Jacket Level V
HeroShark
Half face and Goggles review
and of course Guzzi's review of his visit the Sierra2 Sheffield facility here .

It's been great to see the 'birth' of a great North West Airsoft and Tactical Supplies shop based over in Heswall which of course is Dingodogs. You can check out the review of his shop
here .
Not forgetting popular items such as the North West Airsoft Map and of course the SWAT AAR's.

So its been a little busy on the blog this year really and with nearly 20,000 hits just this year alone! Helped of course by all the 'Friends' of Airsoft Odyssey including
AirsoftRetailerReviews , Dingodog's , Manc-AS and of course SWAT .

The BLOG has also been nominated in the
Popular Airsoft's Players Choice Awards 2010 for English Airsoft Blog of the Year. Thanks guys and girls. Don't forget to vote.

As for future plans, watch this space for more vids we hope in 2011 and of course a visit to Airsoft Arms Fair May 2011.
